Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with substantial technical revenue accounting experience
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 applied to complex technology or SaaS contracts
• Strong understanding of usage-based, consumption-based, subscription and enterprise contract structures
• Experience evaluating minimum commitments, prepaid credits, discounts, rebates, service-level arrangements, contract modifications and variable consideration
• Strong technical accounting research and memo-writing skills
• Experience in high-growth technology company, ideally AI, cloud infrastructure, developer platform, SaaS or consumption-based business
• Experience managing revenue close processes, internal controls and external audit relationships
• Ability to partner with commercial teams while maintaining sound accounting judgment and controls
• Strong systems orientation and experience scaling revenue accounting through automation
• CPA strongly preferred
• Public accounting experience, particularly Big Four, preferred
