Organized, empathetic immigration professional with 2+ years managing high-volume employment cases who enjoys guiding anxious employees and thrives in fast-paced global hiring environments.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing employment-based immigration cases in-house, at a law firm, or immigration services provider
• Hands-on experience with H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN and PERM, I-140, I-485 processes
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. immigration law and policy changes
• Excellent organization and ability to manage high volume of cases and deadlines
• Clear, empathetic communication explaining complex processes simply
• Good judgment on when to advise directly versus escalate
• Experience partnering with outside counsel and cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting immigration matters outside the U.S., particularly Singapore and UK is a plus
