Requirements

• 10+ years experience with 4+ years in pricing, strategy & operations at B2B software company or strategy consulting
• Deep experience building financial and scenario models and turning data into recommendations
• Strategic thinker with commercial instincts linking pricing decisions to business outcomes
• Experience with sales and go-to-market strategy including field enablement and deal support
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands-on experience with usage-based, consumption, or hybrid pricing for cloud or developer platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML, inference, or cloud infrastructure economics and margins
• Experience implementing pricing in billing, CPQ, and CRM systems with Finance and RevOps
• Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills working with usage and revenue data
