Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management, ideally in fast-paced tech
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting
• Experience supporting international team members and building global processes
• Track record of simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes
• Comfortable pulling and analyzing team data to inform decisions
• Strong written communication across docs, Slack, and guides
• High discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, async team
