- Technical fluency in AI inference, accelerators, power and deployment
- Fluent English and right to work in the EU
- Startup experience as early commercial hire or opening a new region (preferred)
- Background at AI accelerator, GPU, server OEM or AI cloud company (preferred)
- Sovereign AI or EU public-sector experience (preferred)
