Requirements
- Minimum 12 years in governance, risk and/or compliance including consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years in leadership role with delivery, P&L and business-development accountability
- Track record leading and growing a practice or large engagements in regulated sectors
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CIS Controls and FAIR
- Knowledge of UAE IA Standards, TDRA guidelines and UAE regulators (CBUAE, DFSA, FSRA, SCA)
- Strong executive stakeholder management and board-level reporting skills
