Requirements
- 1-3 years' PQE dealing with complex commercial, M&A, private equity and international technology-related contracts
- Articling or foundational legal experience at a leading law firm or corporate legal department preferred
- Law degree from a recognized and reputable university
- Admitted as an attorney, barrister and/or solicitor in Australia, Canada, Europe, Ireland, the UK or the US
- Bilingual Arabic/English preferred
