Requirements

• 10+ years in SIEM and SOC operations with SIEM management and architecture experience
• Prior leadership experience within a SOC or similar cybersecurity environment
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Sentinel, LogRhythm, QRadar, FortiSIEM and CRIBL
• Experience estimating SIEM licenses and supporting pre-sales activities
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field
• CISSP, CISM, and Splunk Certified Architect or similar SIEM certification
• Cloud architect certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CCNA/CCNP preferred
