Requirements

• Minimum 7 years relevant compliance experience in consulting, advisory, regulator or in-house roles
• Minimum 2 years managing compliance engagements and teams end to end
• Demonstrated experience with compliance framework design and regulatory gap assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management or related field
• Strong regulatory and compliance technical skills including data protection
• Project and engagement management including scope, budget and quality control
• Client relationship management with clear, persuasive communication
• Team leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with national cyber governance programmes e.g. National Cybersecurity Index strongly preferred
