Requirements

• Experience in strategy and operations, consulting, transformation, product or business operations, or CEO/Chief of Staff office
• Track record of diagnosing complex problems and leading solutions through implementation and closure
• Strong command of integrated planning, critical-path, governance, RAID, decision and action tracking, and benefit realization
• Hands-on AI capability with experience building AI-enabled workflows or tools used by others
• Strong quantitative and commercial judgment including business cases and scenario analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and prototypes with technical teams
• Excellent executive writing and stakeholder management with discretion and constructive challenge
