Senior Engineer - OT Cybersecurity

Requirements

• 7-12 years in OT/cyber infrastructure or electrical-telecom execution in utilities, substations, rail or industrial environments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecom or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• OT cybersecurity certification such as ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP or CISSP
• Proven brownfield substation execution with HV/LV safety awareness and PTW systems
• Skilled in panel build supervision, cabling, termination, labeling, testing and as-built documentation
• Able to prepare HLD/LLD, review SLDs and panel drawings, and support FAT/SAT commissioning
• Knowledge of OT network segmentation, zones/conduits, IEC 62443 and NIST risk assessments
• Familiar with UAE utility HSE expectations and OSHAD-aligned safety governance
