Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years as Systems and Business Support and Cloud administrator
- Strong experience in IT asset management and hardware build including Windows and macOS
- Strong experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure and AWS
- Previous help desk support experience in a 24/7 managed services environment
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking, firewalls and protocols including DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
