Requirements
- BS with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years in lab automation and instrumentation development, or PhD in related field
- Proven leadership in wet lab and engineering teams via project management and direct reports
- Strong experience with liquid handlers and integrated workcells such as Biomek, Tecan, Hamilton and similar
- Experience owning automation workflows end-to-end from method design to debugging and operational support
- Exceptional communication skills with proactive, scientist-focused collaboration mindset
