Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, project management, or related field
• 8+ years in clinical operations, clinical project management, vendor or alliance management in biopharma
• 3+ years managing late-stage clinical studies, clinical vendors, or complex cross-functional workstreams
• Experience coordinating vendors and cross-functional teams for late-stage studies
• Ability to manage integrated timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
• Familiarity with clinical trial operations and CROs, central labs, imaging and tech vendors
• Experience facilitating vendor governance meetings and cross-organization relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills with clear status reporting
