Requirements
- Ph.D. in biochemistry, biophysics, analytical chemistry, protein science or related discipline with 4+ years experience, or M.S. with 8+ years
- Strong hands-on expertise in biophysical characterization of proteins including stability, aggregation, self-association and polyreactivity
- Practical experience with protein separation science and chromatography such as SEC, IEX, HIC or capillary electrophoresis
- Experience with SPR or related binding technologies strongly preferred; BLI or other kinetic affinity assays also valuable
- Experience with mass spectrometry, proteomics, structural mass spectrometry, molecular barcoding or related technologies
