- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, SOSL and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP and event-driven patterns
