- Track record recruiting ML engineers from top AI organizations
- Deep expertise in ML infrastructure, distributed systems and large-scale training
- Hands-on proficiency with PyTorch or JAX and modern ML tooling
- Strong network in AI/ML research and engineering community
- Passion for AI safety, interpretability and trustworthy systems
