Hands-on data center operator with 2+ years experience who thrives in fast-paced 24/7 environments. Detail-oriented troubleshooter motivated to keep AI infrastructure reliable and continuously improve operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data center operations or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of servers, storage systems and network devices
• Hands-on experience installing, cabling, maintaining and troubleshooting server and network hardware
• Intermediate Linux skills and comfort working from the command line
• Advanced fiber optic cabling skills
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Experience with data center management software such as DCIM or BMS
• Familiarity with virtualization and container orchestration including Kubernetes
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate operational and asset records
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
