- Experience designing, implementing, testing, shipping and maintaining production software
- Hands-on experience building or operating Kubernetes-based systems

- Understanding of distributed-systems fundamentals like retries, idempotency, reconciliation and availability
- Comfort with code review, automated testing, CI/CD, observability and deployment
