Requirements
- 5+ years in privacy compliance or privacy risk management, including operationalising privacy regulations
- Experience conducting regulatory impact assessments for emerging privacy and AI laws
- Experience building risk-based compliance monitoring and overseeing PIAs and DPIAs
- Experience maturing privacy governance through metrics (KRIs, KCIs, KPIs) and reporting to leadership
- Experience supporting privacy incident investigations and control testing, partnering with Legal
- Experience with GRC tooling preferred
- CIPM, CIPP/E or equivalent IAPP certification
