Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of software development experience
• Built agents, AI skills, MCP servers or LLM tools you can show
• Strong Python for scripts, APIs, data processing and automation
• GitHub workflow with branches, pull requests and CI
• Daily use of AI coding tools with judgment to review output
• Hands-on with LLM APIs including prompting and tool use
• SQL and GA4 for data querying and measuring conversions
• Production mindset with error handling, logging and tests
• Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and command line
• Clear written English for async collaboration with US time zones
• Builder's mindset - automate a task rather than do it twice
