- 8+ years in data science, machine learning, AI engineering or software engineering with enterprise delivery
- 2+ years leading technical teams through people management or tech-lead ownership
- Experience hiring, mentoring and developing engineers with performance feedback
- Track record running multiple concurrent enterprise engagements to time, quality and budget
- Strong hands-on foundation in predictive machine learning including feature engineering and evaluation
- Experience building and deploying production AI systems including APIs and backend services
