Requirements

• 5+ years progressive AP experience owning invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations and month-end close in multi-entity environment
• Experience with NetSuite, Zip or comparable ERP and procurement platforms, including requirements and testing
• Hands-on experience reviewing and approving travel and expense reports in Ramp or similar platform
• Experience working in an international team across time zones with clear handovers
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company handling high volumes across multiple entities preferred
• Interest in applying AI and automation to finance work with examples of tools used or explored
