Ideal candidate

A proactive, detail-oriented finance operator who loves building scalable collections processes from scratch and partnering across teams to drive healthy cash conversion in fast-growing global companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, or order-to-cash management, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology
• Strong working knowledge of collections best practices, credit management, and cash application processes
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving AR/collections processes and scalable controls in a fast-paced organization
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), billing platforms, and Dunnings applications (Tesorio strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and proactive, problem-solving mindset
