Requirements

• German qualified lawyer with 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Background in commercial or technology division of leading private practice and/or in-house with technology company
• Transactional background focused on commercial contracts, technology and/or IP licensing agreements
• Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in fast-paced environment
• Team-focused and collaborative work style with willingness to solve new challenges
• Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude with love for solving hard problems
