Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on broadcast, live production, or high-end corporate production engineering experience, including ownership of permanent installations
• Deep, demonstrable command of video and audio signal flow including SDI and HDMI, embedding and de-embedding, sync and genlock, reference and timing, gain structure, and systematic fault isolation
• Experience with color and audio standards including LUT creation and management, camera matching and shading, and monitor calibration
• Proven ability to run technical execution for live, high-stakes events including rehearsal, show call, redundancy planning, and calm incident response
• Strong documentation and communication skills including system drawings, signal-flow diagrams, and runbooks
