Requirements

• 7+ years in events, content, or programming roles, ideally with flagship conferences
• Track record running multiple concurrent workstreams for high-visibility events to hard dates
• Experience developing themes, session design, and speaker curation for large in-person events
• Experience managing speakers directly including outreach, scheduling, rehearsals, and day-of support
• Curiosity about people and their work with strong customer discovery instincts
• Strong storyteller able to distill business and product priorities for senior audiences
• Strategic thinker who decides fast and builds plans and processes from scratch
• Process-first mindset building trackers, playbooks, and documentation
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Creative, and Leadership
• High ownership, professionalism, tact, and judgment under ambiguity
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with sharp editorial eye
