Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in events, content, or programming roles, ideally flagship conferences
• Track record running multiple concurrent workstreams for high-visibility event with hard date
• Experience developing world-class content for large in-person events including themes and session design
• Experience managing speakers directly: outreach, scheduling, rehearsals and day-of support
• Strong storyteller able to distill complex business and product priorities into narratives
• Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Creative and Leadership
