Requirements

• Experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, brand content, content studios, entertainment, journalism or production
• Portfolio of distinctive programs that span more than one format
• Strong storytelling, editorial judgment and creative instincts
• Experience developing content from an early idea, not just executing a finished brief
• Strong brief writing and presentation skills
• Track record of leading complex, visible initiatives with many stakeholders
• Ability to work well with executives and subject-matter experts, and get the best out of them on camera and on the page
• Experience directing agencies, production companies, writers, designers and filmmakers
• Solid understanding of video, social, editorial, research, education and event content
• Production and budget fluency to make producible creative recommendations
• Ability to hold a premium brand standard while moving quickly per platform
• Sound decision-making, prioritization and communication
• Comfort in a fast-moving company where priorities change
