Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, product, or corporate development
• Experience working at early-stage high-growth company where programs are in infancy
• Proven ability to develop executive relationships and negotiate complex contracts
• Experience collaborating with product teams to develop and distribute new technology solutions
• Team player who can collaborate across Product, Legal, GTM to achieve common goals
• Passion for Harvey's mission and strong understanding of AI in knowledge work
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can influence without authority
