Requirements

• 10+ years in customer success, account management, consulting or professional services, including 4+ years managing CSMs serving large enterprises
• Track record of retention and expansion across complex enterprise accounts, leading renewal and growth with Sales
• Experience building teams through coaching, clear expectations and performance management
• Ability to earn executive trust, lead difficult conversations and influence without direct authority
• Strong analytical judgment to interpret adoption data, assess risk and link outcomes to commercial decisions
• Experience driving new technology adoption in regulated environments with understanding of AI opportunities and limitations
• Experience serving asset managers or financial institutions, especially legal and compliance teams, strongly preferred
