Requirements

• UK or Dublin-based solicitor with 12+ years experience
• Experience with commercial/technology division of leading private practice plus in-house technology company
• Experience supporting SaaS or technology Go-To-Market or Business Development teams
• Experience building and managing high-functioning teams
• Transactional background including technology and/or IP licensing commercial agreements
• Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in fast-paced environment
• Team-focused, collaborative, hyper-responsive and service-oriented work style
• Experience with government sales, international work with US leadership, and AI a plus
