Requirements

• 10+ years in benefits, including 3+ years leading and developing a team, ideally in high-growth tech
• Deep US benefits expertise across health and welfare, 401(k), leave and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA)
• International experience designing or administering benefits in EMEA and/or APAC
• Vendor and broker management including RFPs, renewals negotiation and global performance management
• Financial fluency to build and defend benefits budget and model cost scenarios
• Exceptional communication translating complexity into clarity for employees and executives
• Builder mentality energized by ambiguity and using AI to streamline benefits work
