Requirements

• 10+ years in benefits, including 3+ years leading and developing a team
• Deep US benefits expertise across health and welfare, 401(k), leave and compliance
• Experience designing or administering benefits in EMEA and/or APAC
• Experience running RFPs, negotiating renewals and managing global vendors
• Financial fluency building and defending benefits budgets and cost models
• Using AI tools to streamline benefits work
