Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory at Engagement Manager/Project Leader level owning transformation end to end
• Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs at enterprises, ideally legal or financial services
• Exceptional executive presence with senior partners and C-suite leaders
• Strong program management instincts with focus on outcomes and early risk surfacing
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of legal work
• Comfort operating in ambiguity where the playbook is still being written
