Requirements

• Engineering management experience plus 12+ years hands-on infrastructure or platform engineering in production
• Deep technical strength across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, observability, CI/CD and IaC like Terraform or Pulumi
• Track record designing and scaling reliable distributed systems with judgment on performance and fault tolerance
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and translating ambiguous platform needs into execution plans
• Strong people leadership in hiring, coaching, accountability and building high-performing team culture
• Clear communication and calm execution during incidents and customer-impacting situations
