Requirements

• 2+ years in software engineering management leading platform, infrastructure, or full-stack teams
• 5+ years as a backend, infrastructure, or full-stack engineer
• Track record of leading high-performing, engaged engineering teams
• Experience building and operating production LLM-powered systems including agents, retrieval, and evaluation
• Experience building internal platforms or shared services for other engineering teams
• Strong backend skills and familiarity with distributed systems concepts
• Sound judgment on quality, latency, cost, and speed tradeoffs in AI systems
