Requirements

• Experience leading infrastructure or production engineering teams with focus on operational excellence
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems with strong reliability and performance
• Strong understanding of compute infrastructure, networking, capacity planning and production operations
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience designing observability platforms including monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security including IAM, network security and secrets management
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing engineering strategy
