Requirements

• 6-10+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally across search firm and in-house
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high-growth, global or technology-driven companies
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities engaging hard-to-reach executive talent
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies and closing strategies
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills partnering with C-level leaders
• Highly organized and data-driven, able to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
