• 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing or demand generation, ideally B2B tech/SaaS
• Proven track record of field campaigns driving lead generation and revenue growth
• Sound commercial acumen with discipline to prioritize high-impact activity
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across sales and leadership
• Analytical mindset tracking pipeline contribution, event ROI and conversion
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across APAC including internationally
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities
