Requirements

• Principal-side private credit deal execution experience
• Strong command of CIM, QoE, models, credit agreements and compliance certificates
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with agentic AI workflow fluency
• Executive presence with analysts through partners and credit committee members
• Outstanding communication leading demos, workshops and covenant discussions
• Willing to travel 2-3+ times per month for 1-3 days at a time
