• Background as a real estate acquisitions or real estate credit professional with live deal experience
• Fluency in OM and broker packages, rent rolls, T-12s, leases, estoppels, loan documents and ARGUS models
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with builder instinct for automation
• Comfort with prompting and agentic AI workflows
• Executive presence with ability to build credibility from analysts to investment committee
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for demos, workshops and underwriting discussions
