Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or related field
• Experience in high-growth tech plus IB, PE, VC or consulting preferred
• 2+ years managing high-performing analytically oriented teams
• Track record as trusted partner to senior GTM leaders
• Experience driving shared outcomes across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product
• Comfort operating in fast-paced ambiguous environments with structured execution
