Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or closely related field
• Experience in high-growth technology environments, preferably with banking, PE, VC or consulting background
• 2+ years of people management leading high-performing, analytically oriented teams
• Demonstrated track record as strategic business partner to senior GTM leaders
• Energized by working across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Product and Enablement
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with structured thinking and clear communication
