Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, Support Ops, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce
• Experience building enrichment workflows across data providers and marketing automation platforms
• Demonstrated AI fluency using AI tools to build workflows, automate admin tasks and troubleshoot
• Strong systems thinking with ability to design and debug end-to-end data flows across tools
• Collaborative, team-first style comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support and CS
• Highly organized and documentation-oriented with focus on scalable, maintainable systems
