Requirements

• 4-8+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, Support Ops or similar
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce
• Experience with enrichment providers like ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo and Clearbit
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot
• Demonstrated AI fluency building workflows and automations with AI tools
• Strong systems thinking to design and debug end-to-end data flows
• Collaborative, team-first style working cross-functionally across GTM teams
• Highly organized and documentation-oriented with focus on scalable systems
