Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience at top-tier law firm (Vault 50 equivalent) and/or in-house at F500 or leading tech company
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes and operating models
• Deep understanding of enterprise legal teams and legal technology landscape
• Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills
