Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience at Vault 50 law firm and/or in-house at F500 or leading tech company with client-facing work
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations
• Track record building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes and operating models
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence senior and executive stakeholders
• Deep understanding of enterprise legal functions and legal technology landscape
• Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills
