Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy & Operations or closely related field
• Operational experience in GTM Strategy & Operations in high-tech growth environment plus investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting or other highly analytical role
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to bring teams together around shared goals
