Requirements

• 7+ years designing and leading social impact, public interest, or community-focused programs in complex organizations
• Track record building strategic partnerships across civil society, community, justice sector, education, or advocacy groups with tangible outcomes
• Ability to translate missions like access to justice and equity into clear strategies and decision frameworks for non-specialists
• Comfort building from scratch and setting direction with incomplete information in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills with credibility externally and nuance on sensitive topics
• Informed interest in AI opportunities and risks and willingness to engage deeply on legal AI in justice ecosystems
